BREAKING: Court Nullifies All PDP Primaries In Ogun

A Federal High Court in Abeokuta, on Tuesday, nullified all primaries conducted by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State.

Three members of the party had approached the court seeking nullification of the primaries based on the Adhoc delegate lists used in conducting the election.

The presiding judge, Justice O O Oguntoyinbo, however, ruled that fresh primaries be conducted within the next 14 days.

The court ruled that the primaries were conducted in non-compliance with the Electoral Act
