About the Role
All Brands Footwear is seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our retail team. This role goes beyond selling shoes. it is about building relationships, managing customers professionally, and delivering a refined in-store experience.
If you enjoy fashion, understand customer needs, and can confidently use digital tools to manage follow-ups and repeat sales, this role is for you.
Requirements
• Previous retail or sales experience (fashion or footwear is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and professional attitude
• Must be conversant with CRM applications for customer data capture, follow-ups, and sales tracking
• Ability to use tools such as WhatsApp Business, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Sales-driven, reliable, and customer-oriented
• Willingness to learn footwear knowledge and styling basics
