Role Overview
An e commerce ready to wear fashion brand seeks a Digital Marketing and Social Media Associate to lead online presence, brand storytelling, and organic growth across digital channels.
This role goes beyond posting and scheduling. You lead strategy, create content independently, and manage a small team with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead digital marketing strategy across social platforms
• Drive brand storytelling and organic audience growth
• Create and oversee content production end to end
• Manage and coordinate a team of two
• Track performance and improve engagement based on results
• Align digital activities with brand and sales goals
Requirements
• Minimum two years experience in digital marketing
• Strong portfolio showing community growth and measurable impact
• Leadership experience or clear people management ability
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian fashion market
• Solid organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and think strategically

• Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands
