We are hiring a high-performing female Project & Operations Manager with a strong background in growth-focused environments (marketing, product, engineering, or startups) on behalf of one of our clients. This role is for a leader who can coordinate execution, drive operational efficiency, and keep fast-moving teams aligned toward growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate marketing, product, and development workflows to drive growth outcomes
- Track performance, timelines, and KPIs to ensure consistent execution
- Improve internal processes for speed, clarity, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing projects and operations in growth-driven teams
- Strong understanding of marketing, product, or engineering workflows
- Excellent organization, communication, and execution skills
- Ability to lead remotely, take ownership, and drive results independently
