Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Relevant HR certification is an advantage
• Proven experience in human resources and administration
• Experience in the automotive sector or a related industry is preferred
• Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
